Eligibility
Eligibility varies by certification level.
General Guidelines:
1. Foundation-level certifications (OKRFC)
- Open to all candidates
- No mandatory prerequisites
- Course completion recommended before taking the exam
2. Advanced or Professional-level certifications (OKRAIC, OKRPC, OKROC etc)
- May require prior certification
- Relevant work experience may be required
- Completion of accredited training program may be mandatory

How to Take the Exam
To start the exam:
- Login to online.vmedu.com
- Go to My Exams from the left panel
- Search for your certification

Click "Take Exam" or "Retake Exam"
- a.Review the exam instructions before you begin.
- b.Ensure you have enough uninterrupted time to complete the exam.
- c.Choose a quiet place with a stable internet connection.
- d.Click Continue.
- e.Select your preferred language and begin the exam.
Your exam details are available in My Exams during the validity period.
To take the unproctored exam:
- Login to online.vmedu.com
- Go to My Exams
- Search for your certification
- Click Take Exam or Retake Exam
- Select language
- Begin the exam
After passing, your certificate will be available under: My Certificates tab
Exam Environment & Requirements
To ensure a smooth experience, please review the requirements carefully.
You must have:
- Desktop or laptop computer
- Uninterrupted access to the exam window
- Stable internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps recommended)
- Updated browser (Chrome recommended)
- Quiet, well-lit room
N.B: Mobile devices are not recommended for unproctored exams.
- Your exam details will be available in My Exams during the validity period.
- You can also access the exam directly from My Exams.

If you cannot see your exam details:
- a.Refresh the page and sign in again.
- b.Ensure that your registered email ID is correct in our records.
- c.Contact support if the issue continues.
If you are unable to open the exam, try the following:
- Refresh the browser or try joining using a different browser.
- Open My Exams again and relaunch the exam.
- Restart your system, if required.
- Check your internet connection.
If the problem persists:
- Raise a support ticket or contact the help desk.
- Mention your certification name and share a screenshot of the issue, if possible.
If the exam page does not load correctly, please try the following:
- Ensure your device is connected to the internet.
- Disable pop-up blockers or browser extensions that may interrupt the exam.
- Close unnecessary applications before launching the exam.
- Refresh the browser and sign in again.
- Try the latest version of Chrome or another supported browser.
- Restart your system if required.
If you face issues accessing or keeping the exam window active, please follow the steps below:
- Ensure your browser allows the exam page to open properly.
- Close any other applications that may interrupt the exam.
- Return to My Exams and launch the exam again.
- Refresh the browser and sign in again.
- Try the latest version of Chrome or another supported browser.
- Restart your system if required.
Pre-Exam Checklist
Before you begin the exam, please ensure the following:
- Your laptop or desktop is charged or connected to power
- Internet connection is stable
- Quiet room is ready
- Your supported browser is open and ready
- You are ready to take the exam without outside assistance
Start the exam only when you have enough uninterrupted time to complete it.
During the Exam (Rules)
- Keep the exam window open until you submit the exam.
- Stay focused on the exam and avoid interruptions.
- No external assistance is allowed.
- Use of mobile phones or secondary devices is strictly prohibited.
- Do not switch tabs or applications during the exam.
- No unauthorized materials are permitted.
- Follow all on-screen exam instructions.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate exam termination.
- Ensure a stable internet connection throughout the exam.
- Do not refresh or reload the exam page during the exam.
- Complete the exam within the allotted time.
After the Exam (Results & Certificate)
- Exam results will be available after evaluation as per the exam guidelines.
- You will receive a result notification via email once the results are declared.
- If you pass the exam, your certificate will be issued and made available in your account.
- You can download the certificate from the My Certificates section.
Once you pass:
- Your certificate will be issued after the results are declared.
- The certificate will be available in your account under My Certificates.
- You can download the certificate directly from the portal.
- Please allow some time for the certificate to be issued after results are declared.
- Refresh your account and check the My Certificates section.
- Ensure your name and email ID are correctly updated in your profile.
- If the issue persists, please contact Support through the Help Desk with your exam details.
